One would think that but for the bucks being invested in SFD's the the absence of all those dotcoms would mean that the bucks would perforce go into good companies like intel.

If looking for an entry, I'd watch for that 3-box reversal on the chart. If there are no more O's added to the chart, a print of 21 would mark the reversal back up.

Based on the chart as its presently set up, there won't be a buy signal, however, until a print of 32.
