It might have been a cross (one buyer, one seller), but I'd guess it was a flip. That is, a trading firm was hired to make the trade for a large buyer/seller.

I think it was a sell, so what would have happened is that the trading firm shorted 1m shares (over the course of the day) at an average of, say, $20.07, then covered by buying the 1m shares from their client, all in one trade.
