I can top that pain... Around mid May I accumulated 50 option contracts, (QAVRE) QQQ June 31 puts at avg. cost of $1 If I had held, for a lousy month, they would have brought $4.50 on the bid today.... I sold them for a paltry $1.50 not long after I bought them.... To me, that is real pain.... Bottom line, I am going to trade less. Although, I did make the same type gains by going heavy short Monday and a little add-on Tuesday, I think less trading and more sailing is in order...
