Not exactly. Warren owns one hundred shares of ms, not in Berkshire but in his own account. Just to get the annual report.

Bershire does own some special issue ms "preferred" that pays 3% but is convertible to stock at a maximum of ~18%appreciation. Convertible to some 166,000 shares. I do not now recall if the conversion has taken place.

I believe after meeting and conversing with Bill Gates, he did finally buy some Microsoft stock.

Like Duke said, I heard that Buffett bought 100 shares of MSFT.

Although I have never heard him say this, I have heard some speculation that Buffett didn't like tech because it was by nature something that was hard to achieve a franchise in. Ironically, there have been some excellent franchises built in technology including, some might say, Intel.
