Manson is actually a bad example. He and his crew have gotten so much publicity that any board that gave him parole would probably shot on the spot. One of them tried to assassinate a President, ferchrissakes!

Speculation? You don't have to speculate about who else McVeigh is going to kill. The answer is "No one."

His death didn't seem to make their lives much better much less anyone elses.
Of course. Nothing will bring his victims back to life. Not executing him. And not having him sitting in a cell. Nothing.

That is a non-argument.
