There will always be buyers who think all this is immaterial and don't want to discuss it, or who think the agent is being pushy when the subject is brought up, or who think they understand it all but don't and won't admit it. Right. I find over and over adults who are embarrassed to admit that they don't understand financial particulars or just too proud to ask questions or look for basic educational material to inform themselves. I treat these people pretty gently. Usually I start out with, "I know you know this but its always a good policy to review it...."
