Ricchio makes it seem so simple, so hard to dispute it is the asset bubble that will kill right now it is alive and soon to crater with real estate talked to some guy today in Outer Banks, NC he said beachside property is up 25% in last 12 months with Cape Cod right behind it I asked if he thought a bubble would burst in next 2 years he said "probably" these fools are grabbing at the low interest mortgages paying up any price, just to secure the rate I remember in 1990, Cape Cod property was down 40% off its highs in mid-80's auction after auction / jim
