Rich, I noticed the numbers are -21 and -15, but I think the last time they were that high we still dropped quite a bit before going higher.

If I recall, we were at around 9750 Dow when those numbers came out, we dropped to just under 9600, and rallied to around 9800.

The net result was a 50-point gain, but that was given up quite quickly the next couple of days.

That might be pointing to a drop to test the 9000 level, followed by a rally back to Dow 9300 if the roadmap is still good.
