I do not think there is a magic formula to calculate warrants prices...

The price depends on 3 factors:

1) The volatility of the underlying asset
2) The different between the price of the underlying asset and the strike price of the warrant
3) The time to expiry of the warrants.

All I can say is that PAA warrants will be a hell of an investment.

How much will investors be willing to pay, for: "The right to buy one share of Pan American Silver at $12.00 at any time during the next 5 years".
