You can't rely on someone to pick a bottom for you. Maybe they drop in maybe they don't. You have to do it yourself.
I will suggest to expect violent short term rallies counter the down trend from time to time. You will also need FA and TA to have a shot at it. May I suggest your own charting program with about 10 years or more of raw data with daily update service. Also llok for significant economic and governmental policy changes. Learn about bond, stock and commodity cycles.
Then go out and have a good time with that girl of yours and forget about this from time to time.

INTC continues the downtrend, adding two O's to the chart and giving a spread double bottom sell signal
(that's not good in TA land). We might get a tradeable bounce here, but I wouldn't bet the house
on it.
