For Craig it is not just the Jews, not just anybody of a different race, not just anybody of a different religion or anybody who was foreign born, not just anybody who is gay, and not just anybody whose political views that do not correspond with his own who are to be hated and labeled as enemies and traitors of America -- there is a deeper motivation for this hate that permits hatred of other white American-born males. Craig hates anybody with a formal education and a good job - anybody who is successful. Craig can't understand how a white man like himself can end up as a complete and total loser and so he needs somebody to blame -- and when he sets out to blame people he paints his canvass with the broadest possible brush. As for the source of his views, there are numerous fascist "support groups" for total losers (some that pose as 'religious' groups and some who are more blatant hate groups) and these groups help people like Craig to justify their hatred of others and to channel their hatred for specific groups, often appealing to moral superiority. But when it comes right down to it, it is pretty simple: Craig thinks the world owes him a living because he is a white American-born "Christian" man and can only explain his pathetic status in life as a result of what all those liberals and traitors have done to ruin his world and to deny him his right to an easy life and a fat paycheck, with plenty of people to look down upon. All this does is push him down to the lowest level of loser, right down to the scum of all losers -- the losers who actively devote themselves to fanning hatred.
