I have said repeated that attempts to use max pain on garbage thinly optioned stocks like EMLX BRCD QLGC etc will not work.

watch those and you watch the market.

Already posted on QQQ and by my standard it did not miss by much. QQQ is the single biggest factor. CSCO is usually second (but not even close to QQQ option volume).

I believe we have gone over this before and you (and possibly others) keep asking the same question with the same piss poor stocks for models of max pain failure.

Furtermore I had commented that calls outnumbered puts at every single strike from 28 thru 38. I have never seen such rapant optimism in the face of such carnage ever before.

Call buyers deserve to be punished and they were. Delta hedging kicked in and it is not pretty.
