17:20 ET BBBY Bed Bath & Beyond raising guidance (34.50 +0.11) -- Update --
On call, says it expects Q2 EPS of $0.23 and FY02 EPS of $0.93... Multex consensus estimates are $0.22 and $0.91, respectively... for balance of year, still planning for net sales growth in low-to-mid-20% range and same-store sales growth of 3-5%; feels it is still prudent to establish conservative, and achievable, targets.... BBBY +1.60 at 36.10

Out of golds, long tech now.

How weird. I just went long on gold and oil EOD and shorted heavily all techs. I will be holding all positions till Nas 800.

Dale, What is puzzling me how many bears must have covered and possibly gone long today. You have among the most bearish views on the market..and you are covering now.
Who else is left to cover if the outflows out of US equities by domestic or international holders continues?
