Don't be discouraged. We saw psychologists, Pediatricians, a neurologist, and several other doctors before we finally saw a neuropsychologist. It took 5 years to get him diagnosed properly. There are no drugs that really help the syndrome- but mood elevators can help the depression, and some drugs can help the OCD behaviors, and other drugs can help with the lethargy. Unfortunately some of the drugs, while they may help one aspect of the syndrome better, they may make another aspect worse. It is a tough road.
