OK. So clearly he deserved to die. So what are these other reasons? That you don't want the state killing in your name? Well, it's arguable it's doing it in your name.

But even if it is, the majority of us out here have no problem with the DP. If someone is a rabid dog, we put them down. Simple.

Then he can go home and cry in his pillow.

Let's back up. Suppose at that school in Colorado, some cops had gotten in while the shooting was going on. Would they have been justified in using deadly force to stop it?

Now, if it is OK for the cops to kill them then, why isn't it OK for the state to do it later?

I know you're going to argue that it stops further killings. Well, the same can be said of the DP.
