The "Stupid White Men" thinggy.... this tax evasion thing is just a great example. Of course the cap gains vs ordinary tax always was a giveaway since rich people can always figure ways to make cap gains and the 'chumps' pay ordinary rates. That said, I suppose it does create more gambling... errr I mean investment!
