It was 1993 when they build the first CDMA phone and tried to leave out alot of filters and RF components......only you were never able to BUY it.

Who would have wanted to? These was no commercial IS-95 systems in operation in 1993. If I remember correctly, Even Qualcomm's CDMA phone was about the size of a shoe box in 1993, with or without filters.
