... just got caught up on my bullish vs bearish advisors chart for this week ... since late 1999, whenever the percentage between them narrows significantly, as it has in the last month, the S&P has a tendency to rally strongly [as it did in the spring and the fall of 2001] ... strongly supports a significant rally soon as you have been forecasting ...
