Warrants can be exercised, right? Liquidity isn't necessarily an issue.

Part of the premium they carry is that you have PAA at the equivalent of 12$ without having to actually lay out any cash except for what the warrant costs.

Not a bad deal. I'm willing to see how the company interprets the new arrangement.

I'm surprised that no one has seen fit to question the appropriateness of the sequence of events. First we hear of what seems a good deal for BAY shareholders, the stock doubles, much money is made by those who sell. Then without warning the deal is not only off but a new one much less favourable is announced. Stock tumbles and potential profits of shareholders who didn't sell are much reduced.

Certainly doesn't raise any feelings of trust in me.
