INTU is still a little to richly valued for my liking. But selling the loan unit should be a good move. It added to earnings, but it also always added to concerns that INTU couldn't really run that type of a business (being thought of as a software company).

Assuming they got a fair price (not disclosed that I have found) I would think it a positive. Would add to cash. Allow them to consolidate some more of the Financial Software world. And thus increase future earnings.
