That is an interesting path you are taking and I think I will bite, because it works both ways. Conservative and liberal areas have different views. I have never cared for one size fits all Federalism and am a strong supporter of State's Rights.

That's a good point -- the way the law is written, is ANY community finds a site objectionable, the filters have to filter it for all the country. So if, for example, a very religious county in the deep south finds any talk of gay rights to be pornographic, as I understand the law they can sue to have every library not allowed to let their children access the material. It gives way too much power to one community to censor the whole country.
