My son does not have the Internet in his room, but does have a TV card in his computer. We do have Showtime, HBO, and Cinimax. I have caught him watching material he shouldn't late at night. My wife is more tolerant in this area. He likes to go to the library to use the Internet since he doesn't get to use it at home. I think the public environment is probably intimidating enough to keep him from going where he shouldn't.
