This implies to me that the Palestinian war effort (which was never all that coherent anyway) is atomizing. Not certain what you mean by "atomizing." Perhaps you mean it's moving outside it's previous structures. That's the thesis of Bennett's article. That simply points up the dangers of the Sharon policy and, particularly, with its new component of taking new lands. I know he has been quoted as either opposing it or not particularly favoring it but it, apparently, is now Israeli policy. That road leads to more Israeli vulnerabilty, not less.
