It seemed to me Seaman was a tad too far, far enough than when he realized of the incoming, it was too late... I am not sure if Ronaldihno meant it that way, but he placed that ball where the cobwebs are... unreachable.

I noticed the same thing you mentioned about him when he was sent out... I have absolutely no iea what the referee saw, or thought... but on the replay, you can see his foot going for the ball and actually touching it. No ill intent, (and his character is not like that anyway), he does not need to play like that... (and he does not)

Sometimes... I see referees as burro-rats, you know.. the authority gets to their heads... and I am NOT someone that handles "authority" very well... piss on them rules -lol (sorry George, I know you are one of the good guys)

This is what I meant earlier about overzealous referees, making a spectacle and throwing out a player that does not deserve it, (and in the process throwing away a great game)...

From that moment on, Brazil had no choice but retrench and to my surprise, they did a great job.

Too bad for that error by Lucio, with a player like Owens, I knew he would score the minute he gained a step (or two) when Lucio touched it... (The Italians would say that Lucio was a mole and charge him with treason -g)

Now Marcos... What the hell was he thinking ? He threw himself to the opposite side even before reaching the spot where Owns was... anyway... the rice is cooked, Brazil is in the semis...

Now Spain needs to win....
