Is that why you keep changing the subject? I have consistently been talking about the creation of a centralized database that may be one of the primary functions of the new Department of Homeland Defense. I think there are pros and cons to the issue, and think it vital that a public dialogue be held before it is created. You argue that such a database already exists, and so any such discussion on the issue is moot. Thus, you are the one preventing the dialogue.
