I hit the "clear cache button" in the utilities section and logged off and then logged back on and the last 9 volume bars are still missing on the $COMPX weekly chart view.

Make sure to enter $COMPX in the text field and resubmit the symbol after you clear the cache. There is no need to login and logoff. Does that work?
