larry, it would not surprise me to see him cut again but i don't think it will do any good. just like he could not stop the mania after he bailed out ltcm he will not stop this.

i was amazed and really scared somewhat when i read that report where the fed was talking about people hoarding cash and how they would combat it with a "5% carry tax". make one want to buy more gold.
