It's the "trapped money" theory of Reaper's...too much dough is in MuFu's and they HAVE to put it in one overpriced blimp of a stock or another. The condition has 2 cures: A weak dollar sending overseas bagholders scurrying for cover, and eventually capitulation on the ever-complacent "buy-and-hold" bunch. Timing is tricky though...
