In the "old days"... weren't stocks with a PEG of 1.0 considered "farily valued" and 0.5 was a BUY and 2.0 was a "short"?

I agree on the quality of the companies... but when sentiment gets this bad...

I was struck by how closely MXIM and $BTK tracked where the first has real earnings and products and the other is mostly hope and dreams and yet the charts were darn near identical. It made me think people were not buying or selling on valuation but the concepts
