Sorry John, I didn't mean jump in. The $3 point is a
big one.

There is reason to believe there is no exit going on. First
of all I'll steal DI's last 10 minutes of trading:

16:14 2.400 95 OLT TD Securities TD Securities
16:14 2.400 27,300 -0.970 TD Securities TD Securities
16:11 2.400 1,000 -0.970 Independent CIBC
15:59 2.400 1,000 -0.970 Independent CIBC
15:59 2.550 800 -0.820 TD Securities TD Securities
15:59 2.550 200 -0.820 TD Securities TD Securities
15:59 2.550 500 -0.820 TD Securities TD Securities
15:59 2.550 400 -0.820 TD Securities TD Securities
15:59 2.550 1,000 -0.820 Independent TD Securities
15:59 2.560 400 -0.810 TD Securities TD Securities
15:58 3.050 1,000 -0.320 Independent CIBC
15:57 3.080 1,000 -0.290 Octagon TD Securities
15:57 3.250 1,000 -0.120 BMO Nesbitt TD Securities
15:57 3.250 600 -0.120 CIBC TD Securities
15:57 3.250 400 -0.120 CIBC TD Securities
15:57 3.250 1,000 -0.120 CIBC Octagon
15:57 3.260 300 -0.110 Scotia TD Securities
15:57 3.260 700 -0.110 TD Securities TD Securities
15:56 3.260 1,000 -0.110 Scotia RBC
15:55 3.260 1,000 -0.110 Independent Octagon
15:55 3.300 200 -0.070 Scotia TD Securities
15:55 3.300 2,500 -0.070 BMO Nesbitt TD Securities
15:55 3.300 2,500 -0.070 BMO Nesbitt TD Securities
15:55 3.300 1,100 -0.070 CIBC TD Securities
15:55 3.300 400 -0.070 CIBC TD Securities
15:51 3.300 53 OLT Independent Merrill
15:49 3.330 1,000 -0.040 Scotia TD Securities
15:49 3.330 100 -0.040 CIBC TD Securities

There was nothing on offer between 3.05 and 2.56. Yet TD
went for it on exactly 3,300 shares after the 3.05's went.

If this was an exit those 14,000 shares bid at 2.40 which
arrived some 10 minutes after the close would be long gone.

There will probably be a comment by DMX on Monday morning.
I would think the TSE will inquire given the 28.7% drop.

Its clear that there were a tiny number of bid's below 3.25
going right down to 2.40 and someone took them out.

At 3:56.5 the bids were:

3.26 1,000 (sold 3:57)
3.25 3,000 (sold 3:57)
3.08 1,000 (sold 3:57)
3.05 1,000
2.56 400
2.55 2,900

Only 1,400 shares were wanted right down to 2.55. That is
the truth I need to take in. Someone took advantage of
that. That part I understand.

No one is bailing. The drop was on a pittance of volume.
If there was bailing going on those 2.40's would have
been gone in 10 seconds - not sit there for 1/2 hour and
not trade.

Anyone shocked by the cross?

Wolf

Thanks John,

I have checked and three dollars is the threshold - once below three dollars you have to cover off all of your margin.
Like you, in the scheme of things my account compared to other longs is a small one but my holdings represented something big for me.
We'll just have to see what happens to the price on Monday.

Regards
E
