did you happen to notice where BGO closed at? I got spot Gold close at 324.50 by 325.00 up $1.00

I say Gold moves higher again next week and these stocks move with it. Monday may prove to be a hurdle in the road but that is all.

Yes, I think Zeev (and others) were right on gold. It's getting the old headfake treatment.

On the other hand, by Monday, (here's one the conspiracy theorists will dig) cooler heads way behind the scenes in the US, EU, Japan, Switzerland, etc. could play all kindsa games with the dollar and precious metals, to keep a few boats afloat here.

Actually, at these PE levels they're more like garbage scows than boats. But you get the point.

The PPT may not have acted in the stock market today, but they sure are doing their stuff re:gold. XAU may still move somewhat higher next week, but I expect new lows this summer before the next major upmove begins.
