On the contrary
I believe I have shown
1. That rights and warrants are dilutive (accounting 101)
2. Trust of trusts reduces the total payout going to the shareholder.(accounting 101)

Your trust has been going up, sort of a rising tide raises all boats, if it was declining (as it would if trusts were(the tide going out)) you would not be so happy about constantly forking over dollars to buy shares which were continuously dropping in price.

Compare it to Riocan or Ultima over the years

Trusts have been the place to be, why do you think everyone and their mother has been issuing them??
