I agree.

If I was sure that silver prices would remain below $5 for years, I would definitively reject that merger. BAY's has something that will make bigmoney at $5... not so for PAA.

On the underhand, PAA is much more leveraged if silver moves higher thangs to all these silver resources that need 7-8+...

So, as you say, all really depends on future silver prices
