We haven't broken into new lows (yet) and as far as we know the macro fundamental picture is quite good. So the question is if this is just a mood swing or does the chart know something that we don't? We'll find out soon enough when earnings start.

QCOM p/s = 8 no profit
INTC p/s = 5 P/e = 76
sebl p/s = 4 p/e = 31

I'd say the problem with QCOM is that it is still overvalued. I've long thought that QCOM is more of a religion than an investment.
