While there are areas with a massive property price inflation(& resulting level of over financing) ther are loads of places where one can buy a good home - at times in a good neighborhood - for less than $60k. My other browser currently has realtor.com open. Check out Lubbock TX(damn good university great health care. Look at Omaha NE. Sure, among the worst in the nation is Boulder very near me, but there is more to our nation than Western CA WA OR, Northern Front Range of CO, Austin TX, Bits of FL, & NYC! Look at Sedgwick county KS(near BA jobs?). Want a beautiful historic city(town) nestled at the foot on the Rockies with top quality fishing hiking hunting & ski slopes in a decent driving distance?
