D3: Your leaving out a few big factors Market and IP and a well oiled team that can get many different products to market at very competitive prices. I think that is the point that is being overlooked here. What the worth of these ongoing businesses as such are worth. The first thing you recited was the bricks and mortar and that is the nature of every analyst today. If they can't se it it isn't worth anything. Odd that when the dot com tulip craze was ongoing it was just the opposite. The more nothing you had to sell the more the nothing was worth.JFD
