I agree. This board is 90% bullshit, 8% insults and 2% information of substance. That's probably the way it should be. Ha ha. Have fun with your door. I started April 1 with stripping the south side of my house down to the bare century-old clapboards. I got tired of scraping/painting lead paint pop-ups every summer. I hope to finish the task by Oct. 1.

Doug,

I think the point flapjack is trying to make is that certain U.S. corporations are better positioned to take advantage of off-shore headquartering, for instance.

The advantages that many multi-nationals have by have "mailbox" headquarters in Bermuda, the Caymans, etc. is obvious. And obviously not available to most members of NFIB, the biggest association of small business in the country.

The playing field is most certainly not level, as you imply.
