ahh, gee, let me see. unfortuneately, i am old enought to remember 1974 as a 12 year old. oil embargos, high interest rates and inflation. never mind watergate and a useless carter administration in 76. we surely have our problem today but they are not the same as 1974.

there is a thing out there called the internet that has just to begin to become influential on corporate and residential america. much different.

one cannot predict the future but to say it is the same as 1974 is stupid. oh, yeah, what was the average savings account paying in 1974?
