Bruce, I am not sure who got the last laugh, the shorters have a floorless, they can demand immediate conversion, typical, the agreement has a "look back provision", and if the company does not deliver the stock, they are in real trouble, as far as the brokerage house are concerned, they hold the perfect collateral, the floorless convert.

I would not buy the garbage based on "call in the certificates" battle cry (remember OVIS?)

That's an old story, Bruce. There are hundreds of pink sheet companies making the exact same claims to cover the fact that they are running any number of scams on their own stock.

"Nobody I know is selling"
