bigcharts.marketwatch.com and ca.finance.yahoo.com - both do longterm charts ... try also maybe askresearch.com and stockcharts.com .... i use yahoo mostly as it loads fast ... looks like there may be a double bottom coming in the Naz IF it bounces around the 1387 level of September last ... but that's a big IF imho - ca.finance.yahoo.com^IXIC

Longterm Dow looks ominous - ca.finance.yahoo.com^DJI&d=c&k=c1&a=v&p=s&t=my&l=on&z=m&q=l
... entering another 70s period? ... we shall see

Longterm Dow/gold - kitco.com
Current HUI compared to 70s golds - kitco.com

Yes i was told of that on stockhouse sml.v in the afternoon, went over there and made qualifying statements ... i didn't see Toystory, but do you remember the revolting peasants scenes from Monty Python ... well i see myself as the guy saying help help i'm being repressed, come and see the violence inherent in the system

.. oh beautiful, finally found the site from which i got the lumberjack wav on this desktop [probably] - bau2.uibk.ac.at

bay.to - trades with paa.to now, can't have a life of its own ... strange new revised deal, gives higher leverage to very high PoAg, arguably ... could not wrap my brain around it in limited time, thought bay might bounce after over-reaction, which it did a little, but i passed ... still on watchlist though .... the fractional nature of those per-share takeout figures will mean a lot of retail holders bail, maybe ... probably already have

t.to - wow - stockcharts.com ... hadn't noticed that ... golden parachutes offered to 11,000 employees, says the news ... 'bonds face junk status', yikes ... guess they don't pay a dividend anymore, eh ... used to when they were BC Tel ... what a huge pump and dump was that whole telecom thing, m&a exploding the need for credit while competition cut margins

dmx.to - this one broke the three loonie margin level on friday, the last sixty seconds very dramatic, though on low volume, then a greenline cross in overtime .... might be a trade in it, i plan to try to catch up on its story before the open

cpt.v - i'll be tuned into anything interesting coming out of the agm, but i doubt it'll change market mood any ... we'll have to be patient with this one imho, maybe another fall/winter as a tax loss candidate even ... either SEG or CIBT must prove themselves as a producer of net revenues, and even then as you point out there is the holding company discount thing ... and it doesn't matter, no imminent need to finance anything so no great advantage to the company to get the shareprice up, they'll just plug along with both businesses and hopefully get growth curves going

sml.v - yeah, talk and price/volume, goes to show eh ... but it hasn't run much yet, i like it all in all, as one of about thirty-five juniors, and of about eight i'm looking at in BC ... speaking of which -

dsr.v - tyke may have something here in Doublestar ... depends on just exactly what this deal with Kemess turns out to mean in hard cash ... also -

ngx.to - Northgate itself seems to be getting defended at 1.70-1.80 for that new paper coming on the market ... thing that gets me here is that there would not be a mine there at all if it weren't for the sheeple's republik having to subsidise it after taking away Royal Oak's most economic play at Windy Craggy ... but at a certain PoG/PoCu it makes sense on its own, perhaps that is coming ..... also -

tlg.v - anybody ever look at Tagish Lake ... there was a big 22-cent PP closed 07 March, went to one UK house so may or may not hit the market when it comes free-trading on 07 July ... plus there is an interesting crossholding by tlg in the UK outfit, don't know what's up with that ... also -

sul.v - i expect to add a few more, but expect to get them quite cheaply ... it's a pure drillbit play, they're not being chased up yet, we may have some time to go for that part of the cycle ... and which ones will be alive and kicking then, who knows

grs.to - not BC ... how are they going to get the thirteen millions to mine the Box-Athlona, this is the question ... thoroughly PoG-dependent i should think ... meantime they have other interesting properties, and it seems to be a toiling-geologist model, not promoter driven .... can be stink-bid for some time to come, maybe

swm.v - zzzz is right, drillbit play ... pointless to pick it again for Al's contest, even when it trades up nice intraweek it closes down on fridays .... still, cheap entry, hmmm

aca.to - looks like it has maybe based and made a double bottom there around 2.00? ... and there is that gap-down to fill at 3.50 ... lots of substance to it, but it got discredited somewhat with all the hype last winter, maybe just needs time and some results ... i haven't followed it for some time, likely should

suf.to - ten-cent gap-up Wednesday last, wonder if that will fill ... i'm out at the moment, thought it would touch its 50-day again before bouncing ... i haven't caught the waves well there lately, about equal to buy-and-hold, should have left it alone, considering capital gains realisations
