The Jagnote strategy is just another hype to get a bump into which insider are selling and the floorless are reshorting. OVIS (RMIL), TTRIF, and many others have shown the way on this.

Paul I saw the article you referred to. I tend to agree with the 'wise one' (Zeev) that the manipulators will continue to manipulate and those companies entering in floorless deals put their shareholders out to dry. Doesn't mean traders can't make a buck or two along the way.
