Bill wants us to think that companies like Paypal are now attractively priced. Bill wants us to think that the VIX is signaling a bottom in the tech sector. Bill has not let a 70% drop in the Nas stop him from spouting his investment theories about "public venture capital" and the inevitable revivial of the new economy. I am not simply referring to a bad call from the past -- he is still promoting the same old horeshit.
