Hi, ET - "And the trend means everything, imo."

This is not meant to dispute your opinion; an opinion is indisputable.

If I could, I would re-type my words to say, "The share price CAN mean nothing." There are points at which a stock's price can be seriously out of synch with the underlying realities. Eventually, the market gets it right.

But, I submit to you that if the share price was always a valid indicator of a stock's worth, then the question of "insider information" would not be an issue.

About a year-and-a-half ago RK made the decision to go with Acqua equity financing. We have no way of knowing what factors caused that decision. My rough guesstimate of the number of shares sold thru Acqua is ~4 million - bringing the number of shares in the market to around 50 million.

Acqua sales have made a mockery of TA. They have presented the market with a picture of a stock that just cannot sustain a rally. Acqua sales give the market a picture that says "Everyone is selling", when the biggest seller has been DMX.

In fact, the market has bought around 4 million new shares.

All of this, of course, in the context of a market slide - a Bear Market - that has continued (with rallies) since the inception of the Acqua deal. DMX obviously is not beating that trend - but in the absence of good news, why should anyone expect DMX not to follow the market trend?

With 20/20 hindsight, it's looking like "equity financing" is a bad way to go, in a Bear Market.

The trend? You're right: it looks bad. No argument. But there are a few questions as to "what" we are really seeing.

Regards,

Jim
