glenn, my main thesis over the last 5 years has been that consumer ignorance is the single largest contributor to profit margins.

the net reduced consumer ignorance and had a negative impact on those profit margins.

i'm sure some genius harvard phd will come up with this idea and get it published in the next few years... -lol-
