This is the E-mini Nasdaq 100 futures contract traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Futures are sometimes a little more volatile than stocks.

I believe the e-mini closes later than the standard nasdq100.

If so it means that the market dropped after the standard contract closed. This would indicate a lower opening barring any other changes.
