Liz- I think EC was reffering to the SML property. Basicaly NGX is waiting for SML to prove up the reserves or blow their brains out trying. Until then NGX is not overly interested and is waiting on the off chance it can step in and pick up the pieces if SML goes titters. Nothing new or outlandish in this. It is a normal tactic in the mining Biz... and others as well me thinks. Be very careful with DRC. You are pretty good at digging stuff up. Take a very good hard look at management their geo and who they associate with. regards ralfph.
