Hi Julius- please elaborate on the definitions/criteria for Strong..weak..

Are you saying that "If a select fund has had a +20% or better annual return in the most recent 52 week period" that it is labeled "Strong" (i.e., a definition of past performance)?
Or, are you saying that the funds chosen as "Strong" by the trading model are indicated to perform 20%+ during the coming 52 weeks (i.e., a prediction about these funds' future performance)?
