jtech, Pretty harsh don't you think. Not very christian of you. Besides you're publicly expressing an opinion for the group. If you feel that way why don't you keep it to yourself or pm Don, or even better don't say anything at all. The world's a better place when you focus on the positive. Personally I miss Don's work. You do not understand how much Don is missed here. He is a true professional in his work and also dealing with people. I have read his posts for last three four years and I have learned so much from him. His work has been so valuable and I am grateful to him for giving his work to us for free. You should stop personal attacks here. You may want to discuss certain issues that you are not happy with. Sticking with issues is the best way to get into good results. Regards, Mike
