Thus, if I understood correctly, by August 2003 the holder of the sparks will have collected $5.25 (or $.8125 quarterly) plus a share of Siebel, whatever the price is. If the price of SEBL blows well beyond $35, MSDW cab chose instead to deliver $35 plus about $20 (thus MSDW will chose that avenue only if SEBL is above about $55.

On the other hand, if SEBL loses in the next year (next August) more than about $3.5 from here, it is a "bad deal". Correct?
