None. As Carolyn posted several times the credibility of(The Characters) that post in the open forum are for all to see and judge...Hurling insults or spew hatred is no barricade on internet...

"Islamikaze" is not of my coinage, I read it somewhere... But I see your point. I'm changing it to "ISLAMISTKAZE".

The first one on your list IMO can only be acceptable to hateful and/or ignorant fools. Some of the others are nothing to brag about.
